These evenings weave together meditation, sound, drumming, bowls, singing and silence, and at times gentle movement, creating space to soften, reset, reconnect and reset.

Sound has a way of reaching places words cannot.

These gatherings offer an opportunity to deeply rest the nervous system, reconnect to self, and experience profound stillness, presence, and inner resonance.
