A celebration of life as it is.
The messiness. The uncertainty. The beauty and chaos of being human.
Even in the dark, we can still find joy.
These evenings are an invitation to move with whatever is present — to shake loose stagnant energy, reconnect with the body, soften the mind, and remember the freedom that comes when we stop trying to hold everything together.
In darkness, something shifts.
Without mirrors, expectations, or performance, movement becomes instinctive, honest, and deeply healing.
Dancing can support:
• emotional release
• nervous system regulation
• stress reduction
• increased vitality and energy flow
• greater connection to self and others
• freedom, joy, and embodiment
No dance experience needed.
No choreography.
No pressure to be anything other than exactly as you are.
Just movement.
Music. Breath. Release.

Mums and bubs
Restorative Yoga, Sound & Relaxation with Angela
A gentle space for mums to exhale.
Motherhood can be beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, joyful, tender — often all at once. These classes are an opportunity to soften the pressure, release expectations, and simply be with your baby exactly as you both are.
Together we’ll explore gentle restorative yoga, grounding breath, relaxation, and soft healing sounds designed to support both mother and child.
These sessions are not about “getting it right.”
They are about connection.
Rest.
Nourishment.
Community.
And remembering that you deserve care too.
The gentle use of sound can help support nervous system regulation, relaxation, bonding, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of calm for both mums and babies.
There is space here for feeding, rocking, cuddling, tears, laughter, noise, stillness, and everything in between.
Limited to 8 participants to keep the space intimate and supported.
$30 per person, Tuesdays at 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Teen girls
Connection • Movement • Meditation • Sound
A space for teenage girls to breathe, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise.
Being a teenage girl in today’s world can feel overwhelming. Bodies are changing. Hormones are shifting. Friendships evolve. Social pressure grows louder. Many young women are carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt, and disconnection while trying to figure out where they belong.
This offering is designed to gently support girls through those years with movement, meditation, conversation, relaxation, creativity, and sound.
A space where they do not need to perform.
Compete.
Look a certain way.
Or have everything figured out.
Just a space to land.
These sessions aim to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, confidence, self-expression, self-awareness, and connection — while reminding each girl that her existence alone is worthy and valuable.
Not because of what she achieves.
Not because of how she looks.
But simply because she is here.
classes may include:

• meditation and breathwork
• sound and relaxation
• journalling and reflection
• discussion and connection
• tools for emotional resilience and self-awareness
A supportive, grounded environment where girls can reconnect with themselves and each other in a more meaningful way.
