Individual support sessions
Alongside my general classes, I also offer one-to-one sessions for neurodivergent clients and those navigating anxiety, PTSD and complex life experiences. I currently work in association with YogaAbility.
When I first stepped into this space, I felt unsure. What I have come to experience is that this work is deeply human, steady and meaningful.
These sessions are not about fixing anyone. They are about creating a calm, respectful environment where the nervous system can settle, trust can build gradually, and each person is met exactly as they are.
There is no expectation to move in a particular way. Sessions are shaped around the individual, seated, chair-based, lying down, or simply working with breath and awareness.
For those who find group environments overwhelming, 1-1 sessions can offer a quieter approach and a sense of steadiness and support. At times, clients prefer to practise outdoors, connecting with nature alongside their practice, which can add another layer of grounding and ease.
All relevant checks, including Working With Children and NDIS requirements, are current.
