Connection.
How can we capture the profound understanding of what it means to feel connected, both to oneself and to others. Imagine being in a state of flow, where life seems effortless and intuitive, one where we feel deeply attuned to one's inner self. A connection that allows for clear, confident decisions without the interference of doubt or regret. A feeling of internal harmony, where our interactions with others naturally improve, leading to more meaningful and fulfilling relationships. If we can master this connection, not only can we as individuals evolve, but we can also contribute to the evolution of the broader community. If you are interested in delving within, in exploration ways to help make this harmonious state a reality for oneself and by extension the collective. Please join Brad and I as we take you in a journey to embrace the possibilities of connection.
Feeling lost? Unsettled? Unsure of your next move?
Join us for our Medicine Circle on Saturday, 9th November from 4 - 8:15 PM, hosted by shaman Brad Dunn and myself. We’ll be creating a supportive space for those ready to shine a light on themselves and explore where they may still be standing in their own way. Through shamanic drumming and singing, Brad and I will guide you on a deep, explorative journey. The rhythmic drumming can help settle the mind, open intuitive channels, and lead to powerful insights. Everyone is invited to bring an intention that will guide their journey, as we work together to clear interference, settle the nervous system, and connect to a place of clarity. The evening includes a potluck dinner and conversation, offering community and connection after the journey. Cost: By donation — invest what feels right for you Booking: Via our website Spaces are limited to 8 people Let’s journey together—collective willingness can bring powerful insights. #mindfullivingspace #shamanicmedicinecircle #sutherlandshireyoga #yoga #yogainthevalley #yinyoga
