CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


all classes are 60 minutes long


HATHA YOGA


Hatha Yoga is a medium/slow paced class. Postures help to give length and strength to the entire body whilst quietening the mind) Suitable and adapted to all levels.


HATHA YOGA CORE STRENGTH


A focus on finding balance between effort and surrender! This class is quite a medium to strong class. It has a focus on the core muscles, learning how to switch them and use them throughout the entire class. Your posture will improve and you will feel stronger overall.


SATURDAY SUNRISE YOGA


A mix of all styles but combined in a way to leave your whole being feeling strong, grounded and ready to take on the world. Free style Yoga (an adaption of all styles) to help students find strength and balance plus being able to release and let go! Suitable for all levels, can be adapted for beginners.


RESTORATIVE YOGA


A deep restful meditation practice. This class will help you feel restored, revived and rested. Restorative Yoga is all about slowing down and opening the body through slow passive stretching. Muscles can deeply relax and rest with complete support giving through the use of props.


SLOW FLOW


A beautiful slow flow comes from the Vinyasa Style, but it is slowed down to help the student connect to what their body is saying and find their centre within the pose. Suitable for all levels, can be adapted for beginners.


SLOW FLOW- GENTLE


A very gentle version of slow flow. Suitable for all levels, can be adapted for beginners.


YIN YOGA


Consisting of passive slowed down posture held for anywhere between 1 to 5 minutes. Yin is all about surrendering control and just accepting things the exact way they are moment by moment. Honestly such a gift for mind and body and the perfect balance to the busyness of life!

A beautiful mix of our Yin Yoga and Restorative styles.
